Ivan,
No, the 'they' is Digix in coordination with our extranet
partner.
Digix has tried many different 'techniques' to attempt a fix.
They looked at their firewalls(Nokia's), routers, etc as the
culprit. It has taken them about two months to figure out
it had something to do with the system(NT FTP box) that
was built.
As I said, if I learn anything new on this, I'll send to the list
as a way to document this issue. If you come up with a fix
or at least the real problem, please let us know.
