Please forward to us any relevant fw logs, event
log entries, and some system setup info. This will
increase your chance of getting some assistance
from those who've been there. You might want to
also tell us what kind of load the system(s) is
under(# of current connections, bandwidth usage,
etc.)
When it does stop for users, is it all users, some
users? What does the process view and performance
tabs under task manager say is going on?
