Hi Richard,

I was able to do it on 4.0SP5 by opening the IPSEC
service group.  The problem with this is that the fw
will only log the tunnel. It will not log/control what
goes though the tunnel in either direction (it's
encrypted).  

I got around this by putting the router on my side in
a separate DMZ.  That way I can see and control the
decrypted  traffic from the router from the DMZ into
my network.
