If you were on fw1 4.0 sp0, rock steady may be the word, but not rock-solid.
Get the latest sp, I think they are up to 7 now.

No problems with the upgrade. Until very recently my FW has been rock
steady. No I have one problem and my support vendor wants to try the
service pack to solve it. I'm always hesitant to apply SPs when everything
is very stable.
