Neal,

First, dust off that security policy you have worked
so diligently on and brush up on what you need
to protect. Then fire-up that browser and get to work.

Some simple searches of the Internet should yield
you years worth of documentation. Search the
archives for the Firewall and Firewall-1
lists(www.securepoint.com). You'll find basic info
at each of the vendors sites. As you read through
the archives, you'll find numerous references to
other sites for specifics on how to accomplish
certain tasks.
