Hi
Tonight I tried to upgrade a Checkpoint 2000 installation to SP2. It is
running on NT4/SP6a and is installed in the D: drive - D: being a secondary
partition on the min disk drive.

I had SP2 on a CD I had made, extracted/checked out the package using WinZip
and then got the following message when I tried to run setup.exe:

Cannot find C:\TEMP\fw-1_41716_1_win32_des\Disk_Images\disk1\SETUP.EXE.
Windows needs this file to run
C:\TEMP\fw-1_41716_1_win32_des\Disk_Images\disk1\SETUP.EXE

I downloaded it again directly onto the firewall and got exactly the same
problem. It happens immediately I try to double-click the exe or to run it
from a command prompt.

I have run the same files on my Win2k laptop and my NT4 desktop and don't
get an error - until they find I have not got FW1 installed on them - that I
can live with.

I have logged a call with Checkpoint but no feedback yet.

THe only thing I can think of is that it doesn't like the install in the D:
drive although %FWDIR% points to the right place. Anyone have any ideas??

Cheers, Jim
