Is your active management Server on the same FW Version and SP as the
management module you have installed on your stand-alone
reporting server ?
Did you authenticate the connection ?
On active management server:
fw putkey -opsec <IP address of reporting server> ... enter PW twice
On reporting server:
opsec_putkey <IP address of active management server> ....enter PW twice
... if successful, authkeys.C is created and needs to be copied into
directory ....\Log Consolidator Engine\conf
Best regards,
Rainer

Subject: [FW1] Reporting module error-failed
Hi,
I am trying to configure the reporting module as a standalone reporting
station. I have copied the objects.C and fwauth.NDB from the active
management station and change the lc_rt_lea.conf with lea_server ip as the
active management server IP. And, configure the FW rules for fw1_lea
access.
However, when I want to install the log consolidator policy on the
reporting station, I get the related errors:
Warning:failed to open Account session with Management Server
Warning:failed to open Log session with Management Server
Error:no log export sessions were opened with the Management Server
What is the problem?
Regards.
