Check out that %FWDIR%\conf\external.if has the correct entry. If the file
doesn't exist create it and insert the name of the external interface there.
You can get the correct ext interface name by typing ipconfig, where the
name is 'Ethernet adapter <XXXXXXX>'.

I think this solves the problem...
