Reboot main fw didn't work either, or restart GUI.

Bags of memory, disk and CPU left - doesn't appear to be the problem.

logswitch didn't work

Only thing I haven't done is reboot main fwall.

Rally, I thinks it's called 'fw logswitch', but not sure.

Have you rebooted? Before you do, what does the
performance page say for resources in the task
manager. How's memory?
