They have the real media player running and it's trying to report where they
are surfing to. Real has been getting in alot of trouble because of their
'spyware' that is running. The firewall is blocking the traffic back to
their site that has the information as to where the users are surfing to.
RealDownload apparently also reports back to the server on EVERY file that
you download to your machine once it is installed.... not good!
