I think you have to review & memorize very well the course material for CCSA
exam.
For CCSE I think a little experience is needed. Is useful to memorize the
material anyway, for those questions you aren't really sure. As you're maybe
aware, the exam is very tricky, answers are all alike.
And the bad part of it is when you receive your results. They are submitted
right after you push the button labeled 'End of the exam'! No pause in
between.
Both can be done in less than 40 min, CCSA in less than 30. But I suggest
you to review all the answers before submitting.
The best part is when you accomplish the goal. Good luck!
