This is a fat finger from Checkpoint. Call customer advocacy in Texas to
resolve this problem.

I ran into a similar problem once, what actually happened was that
Checkpoint had entered our customer into the system wrong they had to
change their database and that allowed us to license. I would try
calling whoever you bought it from to make sure it was listed in
Checkpoints system correctly.
