SecureRemote requires that you "ask for" the secureRemote License..
SecureClient is SecureRemote + the ability to allow disallow packets to and from the client. I think it is sort of all or nothing type of stuff.. You do have to pay for the SecureClient Lic.

Title: [FW1] SecureClient licensing
Hi,
Can you explain how the licensing for secureclient and secureremote works. I
have got a secureremote licence and am considering purchasing secureclient
licences. What does the number of secureremote/secureclient licences refer to? The
active number of simultaneous clients or the number of defined users in the
firewall-1 user database or something else totally?thanks in advance
