In order to stop the infux of emails asking for a definition:

Felcher: (pronoun.) someone who collects email addresses from a mailing list
to spam.

People who have been felched usually experience this in the days following a
post to a mailing list. It brings the use of a mailing list into disrepute.

Felchers are among the lowest forms of 'net life - scum sucking bottom
feeders.

Cheers.
