???This works great.  I've been installing and using it for my customers
here for a while now.  Using IKE even.
Not sure where the problem lies here.

We have got failover to work with SR and NOKIA as of today.   Our engineers
did it and I haven't discussed it with them, as they had to demo that
capability to NOKIA today.
