If you are more familiar with linux, choose linux , if not choose NT
There is a current thread called "[FW1] Installing FW-1 on linux" that may
be of use to you.
IMHO Linux is going throughout a phase of being the newest FW1 OS platform
and it will be a challenge for those that choose linux for the next year or
so. This is similar to the growing pains NT has had over the past two years
as an OS platform for FW-1.
The searchable archives at http://www.securepoint.com/fw1 seem to give
reasonable results on what you are looking for.
