I'm having a strange problem with the client when it tries to send out
packets using UDP encapsulation... The client will automatically detect
that it is behind a NAPT gateway, but it sends the UDP encapsulated IPSec
traffic out in UDP packets with the source port and destination port both
set to 0. Has anyone else seen this behavior?
