C'est vrai. I've been told by Nokia engineers that their OS was originally
based on FreeBSD, but has been shrunken and hardened by removing extraneous
services, then tweaked to enhance routing performance.

The Nokia is *NOT* based on NT. It runs their own OS called IPSO which
is based on either Net or Free BSD.
