[FW1] "sendmail.log" generated in temporary directory.

Hi
        Currently the FW1 generated an error file called "sendmail.log" in
the temporary directory, but all my incoming and outgoing mail seen like not
problem. How do I going to resolve this issue. An Attachment enclosed.
