I get the error, and I call checkpoint.
They give me following to do.
Check your event view to see any error message first.
Then do the following:
Increase kernel memory. To do so, please perform the following:
1. Run regedt32 (the registry editor)
2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\FW1\Parameters
3. From the main menu, select Edit > Add Value
4. The name of the value is Memory, and the data type is REG_DWORD
5. Enter the new amount of kernel memory (in bytes)
6. Reboot the machine
Hope it help
