Sounds like there is a misconfiguration in the VPN. Are both endpoints
running the same version of FW-1 with the same patch level?
Check the VPN configuration on the gateway itself. View the ISAKMP
properties and make sure that the settings are the same. Also, right click
the Encrypt rule and click Edit Properties... Check to make sure that the
settings in there are the same on both gateways as well.
