If this were possible, then wouldn't it suggest that whoever had control of
the DNS server had control over this connection, rather than you?
If you were willing to do that then you may as well open this connection for
all IP addresses.
Alternatively, you could get in contact with whoever runs the service and
get the IP address range they are going to use, and then prebuild the
objects.

Anybody knows how to create an object based on machine DNS name instead of
its IP address?
The site I have to reach from inside my intranet changes its IP nearly twice
a month, so I have a lot of work correcting object database.
