Hi
I'm facing this problem with Session authentication.My current setup
involves SecurID handling the authentication portion.The rule is as follow:
SecurID_Users@Any Sybase_Server Sybase_service Session
I have created the generic* user in my firewall database.But when the user
first time logs in,he will fail the authentication.A check on the log
indicates the following error messages:
"SecurID new PIN protocol aborted"
"Connection to Session Agent failed"
What could be the cause???The firewall is v4.0.
