Technically if you don't do authentication, then the
answer is zero. They're passing through.

As for telling how many different IP's pass through
the firewall, look in the logs(not great). Better yet,
get your  hand on a reporting tool(see phoneboy or
use something like WebTrends.) Of course, this only
tells you the IP's(NATted, real, spoofed) and not
'people'.
