What are the specifics? OS, FW Ver?
I had a similar problem with 4.0 after upgrading from SP1 to SP7.
Everything worked except the log viewer stopped logging and encryption would
blow up. The solution for me was to uninstall SP7, then install SP6. I am
running this on an NT 4 Server, SP6a.
