I had the same problem.
Add the next line to your $FWDIR/lib/fwui_head.def file:
#define ALLOW_NON_SYN_RULEBASE_MATCH
(or delete the /* and */ and the beginning and end of the line.
This is when I assume you're using version 4.1 SP2.
