Pay atention to the files on page 3 of this doc:

-srv.pdf (thanks to CryptoTech for porting that link last week). Then, at
a high level, all you'll need to do is copy the files from the current
console to the new one, install firewall-1 on the new one, and turn off the
mgmt console on the old one (edit $FWDIR/conf/product.conf and set
"management console = 0" {or something like that - I don't have the file on
hand right now}). Also keep licensing in mind - You'll probably have to
aquire a different license (same one you have, but split in two). Hope
