Check this:

and make sure that your $FWDIR/conf/objects.C file has the following
defined in the props section:
:http_cvp_allow_chunked (true)
:http_weeding_allow_chunked (true)
:http_block_java_allow_chunked (true)
:http_allow_ranges (true)
I'm not sure if this will fix the issue (I don't know much about how
WebPublisher actually publishes it's pages), but it sounds like it could
be HTTP/1.1 related...
