Which dnsinfo.C file affects the dnsinfo segment of the
SecuRemote userc.C?
On the management server, /etc/fw/conf/dnsinfo.C seems to
not be affective since the userc.C does not contain
the same information.
I do have a dnsinfo.C file defined on the firewall that is
used to access the management server. The content of this
file seems to copied to userc.C.
Before I go and 'fix' a production system, I would like to
hear from someone who has already figured this out.
1. Which dnsinfo.C affects userc.C for SecuRemote
2. Which incantation changes the data?, e.g. loading
new rules or fwstop;fwstart
3. With multiple gateways, do I need to touch every gateway?
Phoneboy has 4.0 split DNS information, but does not
address the details above. Checkpoint knowledge base
does not address this topic.
