This issue is addressed in the release notes for this product:
<snip>
In very rare cases, after uninstalling and re-installing on Windows 2000,
installation may fail with a
message indicating that FireWall-1 is installed on the machine. In this case
you should, after
uninstalling and re-booting, delete the registry entry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Services\CurrentControlSet\FW1\Start.

Subject: [FW1] Error installing SecuRemote WIN2K
I am getting the following error when installing SecuRemote WIN2000 SP3.
"Setup has found that Firewall-1 is installed on this computer. Please
uninstall it before installing SecuRemote."
All references to FW-1 have been uninstalled (Mgmt GUI, Log consolidator,
Reporting Tool, etc...). Previously had the SecuRemote win2K Beta
installed, but it has been uninstalled. No references to Firewall-1,
Checkpoint, or fwenc.exe in the registry...
Help....
