Sounds like a great solution, but we would have to turn on logging for every
rule, and we got over a hundred rules.  Since we would have to let this run
with logging enabled for several days, this can take up some resources.

i've created a log viewer of my own using Access (soon SQL) and this could
be another query within that database....

all I do is export my logs and import them into an Access table... then run
a query from there.

Or is this the 'non-easy' part you are talking about?
