This cannot be done.  Checkpoint only provides for defining one interface as
external in the external.if file.  All of the Checkpoint documentation says
that if you need to define more than one interface as external you need to
purchase an unlimited license.

Any idea how to get two external interfaces working with a 100 users
license?
We are in the process of migrating from a Frame relay circuit to a T1 and I
need to keep the Frame relay for a least 30 days.
Every time the error "too many hosts" is generated at the console, the
firewall halts the traffic for like 4 seconds ( enough time to kill active
sessions).
