This is a Stonebeat question. I don't know if this list is the right site to
ask for this, so if you know another site please let me know.
I want to modify the $SBHOME/etc/checklist file in order to add new tests,
and I have some questions (I am new in Stonebeat):
- After modifying the file in both files, what must I do in order to
activate the new tests? I have read about "sbcontrol restart" in both
firewalls... is it right? what is the behaviour? is there some service hit?
- I don't understand very much the "timeout" field. I suppose the necessary
time to switch over in case of problems is "interval" * "retry count".
Therefore, what is the meaning of "timeout"?
