Hello,
We have a 4.1 SP2 management server and a 4.0 remote firewall module.
In the fwd.elg file, we have plenty of
fwd: Authentication from remote_firewall_IP_address failed
fwd: DecodeFeSet: Dictionary error.
In the status window, remote firewall is OK.
We received no log from the remote firewall.
And when we try to installed a policy on the remote firewall, it fails with
an authentication failed error message.
Does anyone know what the problem is?
