Background: FW4.1 SP3 running on a dual 800MHz Pentium with 512M Memory
on NT4.0 SP6.
Having recently upgraded from 4.0 to 4.1 SP3, I noticed the number of
active connections growing to unusually high numbers for periods of
time. Under 4.0 they would range from 300-600. Now I see them peaking
at 4000-5000 but returning to the 300-600 level. We have the same
number of users and the same usage activity patterns. While not
concerned about exceeding the limit, I am curious as to the cause.
Any information would be helpful
