There really is no one definitive source for this. I recommend that you
get a UNIX book (e.g., UNIX in a Nutshell by O'Reilly). Also, for FW
specific commands (inside the FW\BIN) all of them are listed there. And,
using the voyager documentation, shows several key commands and
instructions on how to use them. You can also refer to CheckPoint
documentation for those commands.
