[FW1] ESafe Environment error 3

We are getting an error in the Firewall-1 log.

"ESP Gateway scanned the file. Result: Deleted. Environment error 3."

Aladdin says that they don't have such an error and that we should call Checkpoint.

Does anyone know what might be causing this?
