Using WIN NT 4.0 and FW 4.1

Create a local.arp file and the IP and MAC addresses were not listed when I
exe. arp -a.

Can't access the web server through the Internet. The web server sits on the
DMZ network. NAT has been completed and the correct rules for the policy and
the address translation have been implemented. I setup a static arp entry
and also a route entry, still no access.

When do a tracroute I am only able to connect/see the router IP not the
external IP for the FW.

Should I setup a route entry on the router? Cisco Router.

What is the suggested config for a HTTP server on the DMZ?

Thanks for your help in advance.
