It appears you do not have a license installed on your firewall for VPN
users.
try a "printlic" on your fw to see if you have the license installed.

Did anyone experience this :
I have a VPN-1 SP2 FW and try to use VPN through SecuRemote.
When I try to configure my site, I get the message :
ERROR : The site is not licensed to perform the request action.
How can I troubleshoot this ?
