In my opinion, that depends on the Server Product and the configurqtion you
are going to use in order to implement a Proxy Server. If you are going to
use MS Proxy Server 2.0 as a WEB Proxy only, then i think that you should
install it inside your Internal Network and then create rules, NATing and
hiding the IP Address of the Proxy Server allowing him to send packets to
Http, Https and maybe Ftp. That's all.
