Hey guys...
I'm attempting to use M$ Netmeeting 3.01 (via MSN Messenger) through a
4.1SP3 module on Solaris x86. I've followed the documentation on Check Point's
site regarding using Netmeeting through 4.1SP2.
I'm doing static (1 to 1) NAT on the machine that is attempting to use
Netmeeting.
I've defined 2 rules for this functionality. They look like this:
internal_host any ACC (1731/TCP) Accept Long
ULS (522/TCP)
ILS (389/TCP)
T.120 (1503/TCP)
LDAP (389/TCP)
H323_new (match: tcp, dport=1720
pre-match:
h323_prematch_new;
prologue:
h323_prolog_new;)
any internal_host same as above Accept Long
I've modified the $FWDIR/lib/h323.def and $FWDIR/lib/base.def to reflect
the changes CP suggests.
I see a number of accepts when I try to start up a voice or netmeeting
session with another MSN
Messenger user. I don't see any drops. I'm also logging the implied rules.
Has anyone had success using Netmeeting through a 4.1SP3 module? If so
what changes did
you need to make? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Shawn
