I got CheckPoint NG with static NAT and W2K working with the following
setup:
* add an arp entry at the internet router
* created automatic nat ruleset at the (internal) server object
the following things did not work:
* local.arp (anywhere in the filesystem - I think NG documentation is
wrong)
* automatic arp (which is a new feature of NG)
* manually created nat rules
maybe with 4.1 and SP3 it's the same thing
