You will find the CVP Manager on the product CD 'Check Point 2000'
in the folder 'CPCVPM-41'. Install from this location and than the
patch from the CP website.
You will find information about the CVP Manager in the documentation
from Check Point. Have a look at the 'Administraton Guide' page 323 ff.
