[FW1] error :operation would block

dear all,            I am using checkpoint firewall 4.1 ( distributed setup ) on win NT 4.0 sp6 . When I am trying to install the firewall policies from the management server to to the gateway module, it is giving following error:     FAILED TO INSTALL POLICIES ON GATEWAY : OPERATION WOULD BLOCK          I have increased the timeout from 25 sec to 300 sec. but still it is not able to install the policies on the gateway. It is also not able to fetch  back the policies of the gateway modules on the management server. using ( on management server )  *********/bin/> fwfetch < gateway module >   Though when I try to fetch the policies from the mangement server to the gateway module   using ( on gateway module ) *********/bin> fwfetch <management server >                     What might be going wrong .
