I am using FW-1 4.0 on NT4 with 3 10/100 nics. We are upgrading our
facility to Windows 2000 as well as our networking equipment to possible
Gigabit Ethernet. We have everything installed on a Compaq Proliant server.
Questions....
Is W2k and Fw-1 a good stable mix at this time?
Is there any real benefit to using Gig Ethernet cards? Fiber?
Everything is working, would I get a huge performance increase (our email
and web server is in DMZ we are upgrading to T-3 for Internet access) at
all.
Does the latest FW-1 handle QuickTime streaming from an internal hidden NAT
server yet?
Thanks for your time.
