  As far as I know this is achieved by removing the line from
the $FWDIR/conf/fwauthd.conf.

  The line in questions reads :

        900     in.ahclientd    wait    900

  Tried it on one of our lab systems, and after having done a fwstop
 fwstart port 900 was not listening anymore on the Firewall.
