Kevin,
Probably a putkey issue, read FAQ 37 on the PhoneBoy site it
explains how to proceed when you encounter this error, or go
to one of the archives of the list as this has been posted a
certain number of times already.

My firewall module logs to my management server but when I try to install a
new policy, I get the following error:

Authentication for command load failed
Failed to Download Security Policy on <**********>: Unauthorized action
Installing Security Policy on <**********> failed
Any ideas?
