Is this the userc.C file on the client or firewall or both?  I am having a
problem similar.  My remote clients can "browse" each other, but can't see
the encrypted network.

If you have added the WINS server to your
configuration and add the DNS :dns_xlate (true)
                :dns_encrypt (true)
it should work.
