I'm having a problem getting SecuRemote to work. I have set up the firewall rules according to Checkpoint support and I have created a user and installed the user on the firewall. All passwords match and I have set the encryption to IKE on both firewall and client machine.
I am getting an error that now says "The user is not properly defined".
Does anyone have any suggestions?
