There will be api changes across the board. Guaranteed. There are api changes between 0.1.5 and what is in svn today.

That said, upgrading the framework has been painless for the most part and every upgrade has so far been worth upgrading for imho. So go ahead and use it knowing that it will change, and just simply help contribute back any changes you make while running it.

I've now got several sites running on the ZFW, in production and while it takes a little bit of work to keep them all sync'd up with the latest release, the agility of this project to fix a problem when one comes up is second to none.

Subject: [fw-general] ZF in production

Dear All: we're evaluating different PHP frameworks for the next version
of our application.
We found ZF very attractive since we're looking for something simple and
not too much strict in terms that we might use 3rd party components
without forcing the framework.

There's something that worries us: ZF last version is 0.1.5, do you
think this version can be used for a long term project?
What will change in the next versions? There will be API changes? Will
the code that we develop for ZF 0.1.5 still work in the first stable
version?

Thanks in advance.
